From a need to the thing in your hands.

BiNearby follows the steps people already take when buying locally: find out who has it, compare the options, decide who to trust, then buy it or ask for it.

Five steps, and what you see at each one

  1. Start with what you need

Type it the way you would say it to a neighbour. BiNearby picks out what you need, how many, where and by when, then looks at supply around you.

  2. See who can actually do it

Every result answers the practical questions up front: availability on your date, a price, and how far away it is. You compare real options without opening ten chats.

It works in both directions.

Most marketplaces only work one way: sellers list, buyers search. Local commerce needs the other direction too.

Sellers show what they have, and you search

Best when you know what you want.

  1. A seller lists what is available
  2. BiNearby organises it by place and time
  3. You search and find it nearby

You say what you need, and sellers answer

Best when it is unusual, urgent or in bulk.

  1. You post what you need
  2. BiNearby takes it to sellers who fit
  3. Sellers reply, and you compare

Four ways to get it

Nearby means you have choices a distant warehouse cannot offer.

  • Pickup

Collect from the seller or a nearby pickup point, often within the hour.

  • Delivery

Brought to you, with the cost and arrival window shown before you agree.

  • A visit

The plumber, technician or caterer comes to your address.

  • A booking

    Reserve a time: a fitting, a haircut, a table, a lesson.

Common questions

Is BiNearby available now?

Not yet. BiNearby is being built, and this website shows how it is designed to work using sample data. Join the list and we will tell you when it opens in your area.

What if nothing matches what I am looking for?

That is what requests are for. Describe what you need, and sellers nearby who can supply it respond with availability and a price. A lot of local supply is never listed anywhere, so asking is often the fastest way to find it.

How would BiNearby know something is actually in stock?

Availability comes from the seller and is weighed against their record: how recently they updated it, and how often what they listed turned out to be there. Sellers whose listings are accurate earn that signal on their profile.

Is it only for buying products?

No. It covers products, prepared food, services, professionals, rentals and suppliers. If you would normally find it by asking around, it belongs here.

Do sellers need a website or an online shop?

No. A market stall, a home kitchen or a one-person service is enough. BiNearby gives each seller a storefront that shows what they offer, where they are and what their record says.
