Be who you say you are

One real person or business per account. Verification details must be your own.

List what you actually have

Listings should describe real items or services, at the real price, with honest availability. Accuracy is part of a seller’s record.

Do what you agreed

When a seller accepts an order or a buyer commits to one, both are expected to follow through, or to say so early when they cannot.

Reviews must be real

Only buyers who completed an order can review. Paying for reviews, trading them or pressuring a buyer over one is not allowed.

Treat people decently

No harassment, threats or discrimination, in messages or in person.
